HAVEN BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR BOOKING
These Terms & Conditions are here to protect the rights of the caravan Owner, Agent & all the Guest.
Please read them very carefully as you are entering into a legally binding agreement.
DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE THE STATED ARRIVAL TIME
You will be denied access. The arrival time is there to allow for cleaning and to ensure everything is ready for your stay.
Please check the caravan when you arrive. If you find anything wrong please contact the owner immediately. This will protect you if things are found after you leave that you know about.
If anything is damaged during your stay please contact the owner immediately so that they can arrange repair before the next guests.
DO NOT LEAVE LATER THAN THE STATED DEPARTURE TIME
You will be fined if you leave late as access is required by cleaners.
£75 DEPOSIT PER BOOKING IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING.
HOLIDAYS CANNOT BE HELD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT PAYMENT.
Payment in full is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Failure to pay in full by the given date may result in your booking being cancelled with no deposit refund. Once balance has been paid in full you will receive email confirmation, a copy of the caravan inventory and map showing the location of the caravan.
£75 DAMAGED/BREAKAGE BOND REQUIRED BEFORE ARRIVAL
An additional £75 refundable security deposit is payable on payment of the final balance. This is to cover any loss/damage which may occur to the caravan or its contents. This will be returned immediately by bank transfer or PayPal following inspection of the caravan as long as it has been left in a clean and tidy condition and no loss/ damage has occurred.
Please allow 3 working days for this to show in your account once you have provided your bank details.
PETS IN CARAVAN
Dogs permitted subject to a maximum of 2 dogs. There is a charge of £20 per dog. Only well behaved and trained dogs are permitted. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Dogs must not be left in the caravan alone for long periods of time and must be in a cage if left alone in the caravan.
Please note that this is a NO SMOKING caravan. Any evidence of smoking within the caravan will result in the loss of your security deposit.
Park passes are not included in the price. These are required for entry in to the entertainment complex and swimming pool. These can be purchased direct from Haven upon arrival if required.
KEEP THE CARAVAN CLEAN & SECURE
You have a responsibility to leave the caravan as you first find it.
Prior to your stay the caravan has been thoroughly cleaned.
PLEASE check the caravan when you arrive and report any issues immediately.
Prior to leaving the caravan please ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and back in place, that all kitchen surfaces and caravan tables have been wiped clean, bins have been emptied as instructed, the floors have been hovered and left clear of mess.
The caravan should be left in the state you found it so that the cleaners don’t have to spend extra time and delay the next guests.
Failure to keep the caravan clean and tidy will result in the loss of your deposit.
Do not steal any property from the caravan or you will be charged and may face prosecution.
All doors and windows must be closed when you leave the caravan. Failure to do this risks the security of the caravan and the deposit may be withheld.
The owner/cleaners will take photographs of any mess or damage they find.
PLEASE RESPECT THEIR PROPERTY.
YOU WILL BE EVICTED, WITHOUT COMPENSATION IF:
You have extra guests staying that have not been pre-registered.
You cause any nuisance to others, such as loud music or shouting.
Anyone is found to be smoking in the caravan.
You breach any of the rules of the caravan site.
IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY BOOKING
If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in the first instance and notify us in writing within 3 days in the event of cancellations the following charges apply.
Numbers of days in advance of holiday start date cancellation changes are payable.
Length of time 56 days or more cancellation charge – Deposit
Length of time 55 to 29 day’s cancellation charge – 50% of the total holiday cost.
Lengths of time 28 days or less cancellation charge – 100% of the total holiday cost. If we are able to re-sell the caravan to a new family, we will refund you, less any losses incurred in the prices including a late deal sale.
